Member Experience Representative (Bilingual Preferred)
Benton REA invites applications for a full-time Member Experience Representative. Join our team and take on responsibilities such as daily cash receipt balancing, accurate billing procedures, and delivering courteous service to our members and the public in a collaborative team environment.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Wage Range: $20.82 to $31.24 per hour

Electrical Engineer/Senior Electrical Engineer
Benton REA has an exciting opportunity for an engineering professional. Benton REA is now accepting applications for a full-time Electrical Engineer. This position provides expertise and knowledge to ensure the Association’s electric service needs are met. Provides engineering services including design and cost estimates for construction and operation of the electrical systems.
Minimum qualifications include at least a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and maintain a valid Washington State driver’s license. The senior level requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a current Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range:
Electrical Engineer: $86,930 to $130,394 per year
Senior Electrical Engineer: $106,254 to $159,381 per year
