Salary Range:
Project Manager & Land Use Specialist $7,871 - $11,807 Monthly / $94,455 - $141,683 Annually
Senior Project Manager & Land Use Specialist $9,075 - $13,612 / $108,898 - $163,348 Annually

Project Manager & Land Use Specialist
Senior Project Manager & Land Use Specialist
Key Emphases:
- Engineering Project Management: Coordinates and directs the activities of project teams, primarily in the field engineering group, with some enterprise directive.
- Budget Management: Controls and monitors project budgets ensuring fiscal responsibility and cost effectiveness.
- Land Use Coordination: Support a variety of land use planning tasks, including coordination and tracking of the permitting processes.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate the interface between all stakeholders to ensure seamless project activity facilitation.
Minimum Qualifications:
Project Manager & Land Use Specialist
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Two (2) years of experience in project management or related field
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid driver’s license upon hire
Senior Project Manager & Land Use Specialist
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Five (5) years of experience in project management or related field
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid driver’s license upon hire
- Project Management Professional certification
Desirable Qualifications:
- Project management in an utility or an engineering setting

Paid internship opportunity! Are you a college engineering student seeking an opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the engineering field? Benton REA invites applications for a paid-internship opportunity as an Engineering Intern to work in our West Richland office. Come and assist our team, taking on responsibilities such as AutoCAD plan preparation, infrastructure inventory documentation, GIS mapping, record keeping, project development, and construction oversight. Work is performed under the supervision of the Member Engineering Manager and Engineering Department professional staff in a collaborative team environment.
Position would start in January 2025.
