SmartHub

Manage your account online by signing up for SmartHub. Make payments, view your usage history, contact Benton REA and report power outages all through SmartHub. 

Download the SmartHub app by searching for SmartHub in the App Store or Play Store. Choose Benton Rural Electric Association (Benton REA) as your provider.

Levelized Budget Billing

Levelized budget billing averages your electricity use over the last 12 months to determine your monthly payment amount. You will receive a bill every month showing how much electricity you used, the levelized payment due, and the current balance on your account. You can request levelized billing any time throughout the year.

Low-Income Discounts

Benton REA offers a $33 discount for qualifying low-income seniors and low-income disabled members.

Power To Care

Power to Care offers payment assistance to income qualified members. The amount received depends on family size, household income and amount due on the account. Power to Care assistance may be granted to a member household once per calendar year.
