Member Satisfaction Survey Coming

A randomly selected group of members will receive a postcard this month asking them to complete a Benton REA satisfaction survey. If you receive one, please take 10 minutes or less to answer our questions.

Each year, Benton REA seeks to understand our members’ satisfaction with the cooperative to improve customer service, reliability and the quality of our programs and services. One way to learn how Benton REA is perceived is through a survey.

“We always encourage member feedback,” says General Manager Michael Bradshaw. “Please don’t wait for the survey to arrive if you wish to comment positively or negatively about our service. Just give us a call.”

In addition to the postcard, some members will receive an email with a link to the online survey. Members who choose not to complete the survey may receive a phone call from the survey company.

Benton REA employees will not see or hear individual survey responses in order to keep the survey anonymous.

“Thank you in advance for giving your time and thoughts,” Bradshaw says. “I look forward to hearing what you have to say.”
