If you are one of the randomly selected Benton REA members to receive our 2021 survey postcard this month, please take 10 minutes to answer our questions.

Each year, Benton REA seeks to understand our members’ satisfaction with the cooperative, in order to improve customer service and the quality of our programs and services. One way to learn how Benton REA is perceived is through a survey.

“We always encourage member feedback,” says General Manager Michael Bradshaw. “Please don’t wait for the survey if you wish to comment positively or negatively about our service. Just give us a call.”

In addition to the postcard, some members with a valid email address on file will receive a link to the online survey.

Members who choose not to complete the digital survey may receive a phone call from the survey company. The call will come from an out-of-state number.

Benton REA has hired an independent survey company. All responses will be anonymous and unbiased. Benton REA employees will not see individual survey responses.
